The enclosure is designed to be water resistant. The unit can not be submersed in water or other liquids and care should be used to protect the unit from heavy rains or direct sprays.
Will the base break if dropped from an elevated platform?
The Base unit has been drop tested at 10 - 15 ft onto grass/dirt surfaces and from 3 ft on hard surfaces, but TNT does not make any warranties for damage caused to the units due abuse, breakage, or other unusual damage such as damage caused by the product being dropped.
How long will the batteries last?
Battery life will depend on the use. Standby, on-time in normal weather conditions is estimated at around 36 hours. As batteries age or become drained, you will see some impact on the performance of the product. Always try to keep fresh batteries in use with this product and do not store the product for long periods of time with the old batteries in place when not in use.
At what range can the unit be used?
Product is advertised to operate at a distance of 125ft. Based upon weather and other environmental conditions, the product may work at both shorter and longer distances. We have tested under certain conditions beyond 250 ft. For best results, place the base unit at an elevated position, at least 3 ft above the ground and use fresh batteries in both the Remote and Base units.
Can several remotes be used with one base unit?

How many hunters will this system allow to be within range of the Base and Remote units at one time and not cause noise interference?
